Interested in joining Fridley City Band? Please send an email to Band President Maija Sedzielarz (president@fridleycityband.org). We do not rehearse during the summer (June through August), and will resume Monday evening fall rehearsals at the Fridley Middle School in September. We welcome new members! Rehearsals are 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Come in through door 8, the double doors facing our usual parking lot. These doors are programmed to unlock at 6:45pm and lock again at 7:10pm. Be prepared to play at 7:00pm.

Since our band members, and certainly our audience members, do not all live close to the starting point of the former Directions page, the website will now provide a map link for the concert address, in place of the directions. The map will give you directions based on your current location, or other address you specify. NOTE: For the Memorial Day concert, here is the cemetery map Linda sent out, showing where the parking is and where the tent is, but it is upside down to correspond with North being UP on the Google map. Band parking is Green, Handicap parking is blue. The tent where we will play is red.

The Board has decided to offer an online way to contribute to the band for your convenience, either with PayPal or by credit card. Note that there is a small fee for using this service, which either comes out of your contribution, or you can add a small amount to help cover the fees. There is a donate button at the top and bottom of this page, and on the Sponsor the Band page under About in the menu above.
